Hi there and welcome to my profile. My name is Dani, I am a psychotherapist based in Barry, South Wales for in-person sessions, I can accommodate home visits and I also offer sessions online, nationally and worldwide.

Whatever the reason you are coming to therapy, it’s important to me. You may simply feel “stuck” with a life situation or perhaps you have been struggling with fear, doubt, anxiety, low self image. I’ll aim to help you navigate a way through your thoughts and feeling and reactions to help you make sense of them. I am told often, that I am very warm and approachable. Together we will work out the issues and resolve in a way that is positive and helpful & healing for your wellbeing. We might even have some fun too!

I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor based in South Cumbria. I can see clients in person, or remotely using phone or Zoom, and I seek to work with you, to help you become the best you can be. I am fully trained in various different approaches and aim to help you get the best possible results in the shortest time. However, I can also work long-term with clients to help you delve into deeper seated issues.

I’m Amanda and I trained as a psychodynamic individual and couple counsellor and psychotherapist at Tavistock Relationships – recognised nationally and internationally as a leading authority on couple relationships. I specialise in open-ended therapy that will allow you to reflect on past experiences to make sense of the present.

I'm an Adlerian counsellor, available to work with you remotely wherever you may be in the UK, online or over the phone.

Adlerian psychotherapy is a positive, active approach to life's difficulties. Client and therapist collaborate, often looking into the past but as a means of making sense of life and enabling movement forward. Hello I'm Lorraine. Working online but also via telephone and can offer face to face sessions here. All enquiries warmly received and together we can work out if I am a good match for you and go straight in paid sessions. Concessions available if we struggle to meet the full cost but these are limited and dependent on availability.
