Introduction
I am a warm, empathetic Counsellor, who values building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I work alongside you with care, curiousity, and compassion, offering a safe, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can explore what may be troubling you.I aim to support you to develop greater self-understanding and emotional resilience so that you can make meaningful, lasting changes and feel more at ease with yourself and in your relationships.
Psychodynamic counselling focuses on understanding the deeper roots of emotional distress. I work collaboratively with you to explore how past experiences, relationships and unconscious patterns may be influencing how you feel and relate to others today.
In our sessions, you will have a consistent and confidential space where you can talk freely and be met with empathy and curiosity. By exploring your thoughts, we can begin to understand what may be holding you back and support you in developing a stronger, more grounded sense of self.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you before arranging an initial asessment session.
I offer 1:1 counselling for adults aged 18 and over. Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place at the same day and time each week, providing consistency and continuity for the theraputic process.
Online therapy
I offer counselling sessions online via Zoom, a safe, confidential space will be required to conduct these sessions. I also offer telephone sessions.Qualifications and registrations

Before training as a counsellor, I worked supporting children, young people and adults with additional learning and physical needs in home and educational settings. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of family dynamics, the impact of early experiences and the emotional pressures people often carry into adulthood.
