My name is Sarah, I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and an Imago Therapist in training.

Imago relationship therapy is a form of couples counselling and coaching that helps those in committed relationships work out their misunderstandings, reduce conflict, and rediscover ways to bond, communicate, and find common ground.

Welcome! I am an integrative therapist, basically meaning that I tailor therapy to suit each individual client based on what you wish to bring to session. I work with children from age 4 to adults age 94 and with a wide range of experiences and issues, all welcomed with care, calm and compassion.

I'm a fully-qualified and BACP registered counsellor specialising in anxiety, depression, relational challenges and self-esteem issues.
