In my work, I have found that people experience counselling differently and need different types of support. Therefore, I offer online counselling and the advantage of video/text so it is accessible for everyone. By facing issues, often together, we can develop ways to improve your general wellbeing.
I am empathic and understanding of the difficulties we all face daily, and I am fully committed to enhancing your well-being. I offer counselling sessions via via Zoom, Doxy.me or telephone.
