I recognise that taking the first step toward counselling can feel overwhelming. It takes courage to seek support, and I am here to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can share your experiences without fear of judgment. Whether you are facing personal struggles, relationship difficulties, or emotional challenges, I offer a calm and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with respect and understanding.Counselling is a personal experience, and I believe in giving you the space to lead the way. I won’t tell you what to do or rush your process - instead, I will listen, reflect, and help you uncover insights that empower you to make meaningful changes. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, loss, self-esteem issues, or past experiences, I am here to support you as you work toward greater clarity and emotional well-being.
With a range of experience in counselling, I work with individuals and couples on various presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, domestic abuse, relationship struggles, and low self-esteem. My approach is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore and work through the challenges you're facing. In addition to my practice, I collaborate with agencies and charities, allowing me to remain connected with diverse perspectives and continually learn from different areas of support.
I work with adults, couples, and young people, adapting my approach to suit your individual needs. Life’s challenges affect us all in different ways, and emotions can sometimes feel intense or confusing. My role is to help you navigate these feelings, offering a gentle and supportive approach that encourages self-exploration and positive change.
