Hello, I'm Amar, I offer therapy using Psychotherapeutic, Integrative Counselling and CBT approaches. I use a wide range of clinical counselling techniques. I have helped countless individuals overcome a variety of mental health challenges, from relationship difficulties to anxiety, depression, anger management, and low self-esteem.

As an integrative therapist, and therapeutic coach, I believe the process of psychotherapy can elicit excitement as well as anxiety-provoking feelings as you begin to make active changes in your life. Therefore, we will collaboratively create a therapeutic environment that offers a safe, secure, and non-judgemental ambiance for you.

There are many reasons why people see me. Sometimes it’s general. Or there may be a specific reason such as loss, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression or relationship issues. If you are struggling to cope, there is no need to do so alone, let me help.

Counselling with me is a safe space to unburden yourself. I offer specialist support for issues relating to parenting, family life and family relationships, pregnancy, birth and other traumas, PND and depression. No expectations and no pressure, we'll take it one step at a time to suit you.
