Camilla | Therapist
Introduction
I specialise in navigating life’s in-between spaces. My work often focuses on the long-term impacts of trauma, identity uncertainty, and the complexities of intimacy and trust. Having lived and worked overseas, where I offered psychological support to expatriates from a diverse range of backgrounds and identities, I bring a global perspective to my practice.
I apply an integrative approach, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic tools and theories to suit your unique personality and the specific challenges you are facing.
At the heart of my practice are humanistic principles, meaning I view you as the expert on your own life. My role is to provide an honest, compassionate and non-judgemental space to help you rediscover your own resources for growth.
You don’t need to have everything figured out or even know exactly what to say; what matters most is the willingness to begin. Together, we will unpack the weight of anxiety, shame, or exhaustion at your pace, helping you find your footing and feel more connected to the world around you.
I have particular experience in supporting those who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, shame, or self-doubt. This often includes:
Trauma & Relational Patterns: Understanding how past experiences impact current intimacy and trust.
Burnout: Navigating the exhaustion of prolonged stress.
Life Transitions: Providing a steady presence during career pivots, bereavement, exploring your sense of identity, or relationship shifts.
