My name is Jane. I am a counsellor and life coach in the Liverpool, St Helens and Merseyside area. My counselling and holistic wellness practice is based in Rainhill Village, serving Liverpool, St Helens and the surrounding areas. It's within a minutes walk from the rail station which serves Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. It's served by a direct bus from Liverpool, Widnes and Runcorn. If you are driving, there is free on-site parking.

I also offer telephone and online counselling if preferred.

Seeking help can feel like a big leap but we all need help at some time. The therapy I work with is called person-centred therapy. It is client led which means we only talk about what you wish to bring to each session and we work together at your own pace. I am experienced in working with clients on a wide range of issues.

I offer counselling with a humanistic approach to therapy and like to work with the whole person and can integrate CBT(Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and other interventions in the sessions if I think it will be beneficial to you. I also offer Mindfulness. I also work with trauma, past or present.

We can feel lost for so many reasons, loss of a loved one, breakdown of a long term relationship, loss of a job life role change such as having a baby or children flying the nest, menopause loss of health, traumatic life event where we feel we can never be the same again.
