I am a fully qualified integrated Counsellor which means I use more than one approach within sessions, tailoring your therapy to meet your needs. I offer a safe space with no judgement for you to explore your thoughts and emotions where I will support you during this time of self discovery.

My training as an Integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor allows me to work with your individual needs, allowing us to form a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I aim to be empathetic and respectfully challenging where appropriate.

I am qualified to level 5 in psychotherapeutic counselling, fully insured, DBS checked and a member of the National Counselling Society (NCS). I specialise in helping people to achieve self-acceptance.

I only offer therapy sessions online via Zoom.
