I’m Sarah and I want to help you feel better about yourself and your life. I believe that counselling can help you struggle less, enjoy life more, feel more confident and improve how you feel about yourself and your relationships with others.

Online therapy
I work in person in Newmarket and currently have availability on Thursdays.I use Teams for online therapy, you'll be sent a link and don't need to download and install Teams on your device. I can also offer telephone sessions.

It's hard to know at the beginning of therapy how many sessions you might need, I can offer unlimited sessions with regular reviews on progress and encourage you as the client to let me know about your experience of our work together.Sessions take place weekly or fortnightly on a day and at a time we both commit to.

Fees
£55 per session, I can offer reduced fees for those on low income/benefits and students/ student counsellors, please contact me for more information. I also offer a block of six sessions for £310.Availability (Opening hours)
