Hello and a very warm welcome. I provide a warm and gentle approach to therapy creating a space for you to explore what's going on for you.
There are many reasons people seek support from a counsellor as life can be pretty tough. Whatever you are dealing with right now whether it is a problem from the past, something that is presently going on or worry for the future, talking about it with a professional can really help.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor this means that I use a range of varying therapeutic approaches and tools to support you and your needs. The space I provide is inclusive, calm, warm and supportive. I offer a space for us to unpack your difficulties and work towards your goals.
I offer both online and in person therapy sessions. My therapy room s located in Rickamsnworth which is a small town in Hertfordshire. If we are working online I see people throughout the UK..

How it works:
If you havent used zoom before please let me reasure you its simple to get started.
The Zoom app is easily downloaded onto your preffered device. Once you have done, that its a case of clicking on the link to our meeting that I send out over email. This takes you to my virtual waiting room where I will then meet you.
If you are not tech minded please dont let this put you off as all you need is a device such as a computer tablet or smart phone and reasonably good wifi connection. I can help talk you through the other stages if you would like that help to start you off.
