Welcome to my profile. I am a fully qualified Counsellor and accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I pride myself as being authentic and really caring about the strong and trusting relationship that I foster with my clients.
I am flexible with what approach I use and will always ensure that you feel comfortable and informed about what direction we are taking together. I endeaver to conduct my sessions in a manner that creates a sense of safety and openess.
My therapy room has a very relaxed and homely feel and it is very important to me that my clients feel held, heard and understood. I will walk alongside you, whilst you acknowledge your problems, talk about them, explore your processes and then find the best path towards healing.
Online therapy
I find online work a really effective and accessible way for clients to conduct therapy. I work with my clients on Google Meet, as it is really simple and straightforward to navigate. I send out a meeting link and the client can just click on the link at the planned time, connecting with me instantly.Qualifications and registrations
