Hello and welcome! I am an experienced National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society Accredited Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, offering you my support and expertise. Together we will identify the issues you might struggle with in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment and tailor the therapy to your specific challenges and individual needs.

I believe that when we can’t change a situation and become ’stuck’ we need some help to see the situation clearly and find a way to change ourselves. We need to put the pieces of the jigsaw back together in order to see a clear picture. I can help with a wide range of issues and help you surmount whatever challenges you face.

I'm an Adlerian counsellor, available to work with you remotely wherever you may be in the UK, online or over the phone.
