I'm Jason, an Integrative Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Coach. I have over 22 years of experience in practice and during this time, I have supported people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, particularly anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and long-standing belief patterns rooted in earlier life experiences.

 

Many of my clients come to me after trying traditional talking approaches and feeling that something deeper still needs addressing. My work focuses on supporting change in deeper emotional and subconscious processes at a pace that feels safe


My Approach

Sessions can include hypnotherapyintegrative psychotherapy, and structured belief-based workoffering ways of working both with present-day difficulties and the deeper emotional and subconscious processes behind them. Sessions are calm, grounded, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on emotional safety and personal control.

How I work

My style is gentle but precise. Rather than forcing change, we allow understanding and emotional regulation to naturally create movement. I use structured processes that support clients in:

• developing a greater sense of emotional safety
• understanding how patterns formed
• working with emotional responses that no longer feel helpful
• strengthening a more stable inner foundation

This work is not about “fixing” you. It is about supporting steadier emotional regulation and understanding.


Hypnotherapy in my practice

Hypnotherapy is used as a focused and supportive tool, not as something that takes control away from you. Clients remain fully aware and engaged. It allows access to subconscious learning patterns in a way that feels contained, respectful, and emotionally safe.


Sessions and progress

Some clients notice changes within a few sessions, particularly with anxiety or confidence issues. Deeper trauma-based or long-standing patterns may benefit from a longer-term approach. Typical ranges are:

Online therapy

I offer online sessions primarily via Zoom, as it is a secure, stable, and easy-to-use platform. If a client prefers another platform and it is suitable for confidential therapeutic work, I am open to using alternatives where appropriate.

Online therapy works in much the same way as in-person sessions. We meet at an agreed time, you join via a private link, and the session takes place in a calm, focused, and confidential space. Many clients find that working from their own home allows them to feel more relaxed and settled, which can support the therapeutic process.

All that is needed is:

  • A quiet, private space

  • A stable internet connection

  • A device with a camera and microphone

  • Headphones if you prefer added privacy


Sessions follow the same structure and care as face-to-face work, with time given for discussion, reflection, and therapeutic work. Many people find hypnotherapy and subconscious-based approaches work well online, as the focus is on your internal experience rather than physical presence.

Packages are suitable for clients who feel ready to commit to a short course of work and wish to benefit from a reduced session rate. They are commonly used for anxiety, confidence work, and deeper therapeutic processes where continuity can be supportive.
