Online therapy offers you the flexibility to have sessions at a time and place that suites you. Online counselling can help with a wide range of issues, such as: Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationship issues, Stress and burnout.

Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and research has shown that it is just as effective as in person therapy. I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face.

I provide Online counselling giving potential clients choice, especially if feeling nervous or find it problematic accessing appointments. I work across the UK much further afield than my Cornish base and offer support and 'a listening ear'. Availability mostly Tuesday and Friday but certain we can find a convenient time to meet.

I work online via Zoom or Skype, which are free and easy to use apps that I can help you set up. Online Counselling is very similar to face-to-face sessions. You just need a quiet place where you won't be interrupted or feel overheard with a computer or tablet and WiFi connection.
