I can offer you a safe space to explore confusing or difficult feelings without judgement and with empathy. Working through your life experiences can help you to move forward positively and with a greater understanding of yourself.
I know that no matter what you have been through, no one has experienced it in the way that you have or feels the way you feel. I understand that we are all individual and I want to help you in this process, to understand your feelings and to remember who you are and want to be.
With me, you will feel heard and know that you can be your true self. I am here to help facilitate you in your journey, in your way.

Online therapy
I offer a free 15 minute initial assessment call, this is also for you to ask me any questions you may have and discuss how we can work together, we will then book in your first session.
I offer open ended counselling, usually booking 8 sessions with a review after 6.
If you have any questions please text me to arrange an assessment.
Online therapy is done over teams which is free to download to your phone or tablet and I will send you an invite to the session.
Face to face sessions are in Rotherham.

Fees
Prior to booking each session, the fee of £50.00 (£45 for online sessions) is due to secure your appointment. Payment can be made directly into my business account, Paypal or by cash on the day if sessions are in person.
