Phone and Online Counselling
I've undertaken in depth training in managing and reducing anxiety and insomnia and I know how effective counselling can be. Most clients find a big improvement and they're surprised when it takes just a few weeks to make a big difference, using tools which will last a lifetime and can be used whenever life feels tough.I'm an RNIB accredited counsellor for sight loss with specific training in how sight loss affects people physically, emotionally and practically.
I've counselled many clients on behalf of Macmillan and I have a wide experience of how cancer affects both the person living with it, and their nearest and dearest, who need to be offered support too.

Fees
I work by phone and video, you're welcome to mix and match depending on your circumstances.
For a one hour phone session, my current fee is £40
For a one hour video session, it's £50.
A booked appointment is time set aside for you, I charge for late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) because I can't usually offer that appointment to another client at short notice.
