Specialisations and Expertises

I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in anxiety disorders (including health anxiety, social anxiety, panic and OCD), depression, relationship difficulties, and the emotional challenges linked to life transitions such as menopause.

I also work extensively with high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or caught in unhelpful patterns such as perfectionism. My approach is structured, collaborative and evidence-based, helping clients understand how their thoughts, behaviours and emotions interact, and providing practical tools to create lasting change.

CBT is typically short to medium term, with most clients attending between 6–12 sessions, although more complex or long-standing difficulties may require longer-term support.

Most common issues I support people with:

Anxiety
Complex trauma
Personality Disorders
Social Anxiety
Relationship issues
