Online counselling and online therapy
I am a fully Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the BABCP and also a NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse. I have over 20 years experience of working with people struggling with emotional and psychological problems.
I am based in Kent.
I currently offer face to face therapy sessions in North Tonbridge, Kent. I can also provide sessions on-line via either Microsoft Teams or Zoom, if preferred or required.
My approach aims to provide you with a space within which you feel safe to share and explore what is causing you distress, conflict, anxiety, or difficulties in mood and managing emotions.
