I offer fertility support, perinatal counselling,  and counselling for anxiety after pregnancy, in Wishaw &  Motherwell and throughout the UK.

If you’re navigating fertility challenges, baby loss, pregnancy or new motherhood while wondering how you’re still standing, I'm here with the box of tissues and a comfy couch. 

Do you carry so much in your body: the tight chest, the shallow breaths, the constant heaviness, that you feel you’re just holding it together on the outside? Masks sometimes slip; are you ready to look at what lies behind yours?

Together we’ll calm the mental noise, introduce tools to bring relief from spiraling thoughts, and give space for those dark thoughts you don't speak out loud.

What to expect

Sessions at your pace: practical coping techniques some days, simply making space for what’s hard on others. We move beyond just talking - you’ll leave each session with real-life changes you can act on.

Specialisations and Expertises

The number of sessions very much depends on the individual. CBT clients usually require between 6-12 sessions.

Follow-up sessions for monitoring maintenance plans can also be arranged.

What’s getting in the way of you feeling close and understood-arguments that spiral, shutting down, jealousy, assumptions, or trust slipping? I can help you spot patterns that keep you stuck, shift how you respond, and rebuild steadiness and connection so the relationship becomes a place where you both feel chosen and respected.


Low mood and depression

What’s weighing you down-low energy, losing interest in things you used to care about, feeling disconnected, or stuck in harsh self-talk? I can help you notice the patterns pulling you under, shift the beliefs that keep you frozen, and build momentum toward small wins so life feels worth showing up for again.


Post partum depression and / or anxiety

Are fear and worry stealing moments you wanted to savor? Maybe getting out of the house feels overwhelming, or you hesitate to leave your baby with anyone else. Maybe caring for yourself and showing up how you hoped feels out of reach.

I can help you untangle the thoughts driving that fear, calm your nervous system, and build confidence step by step so you feel safer in your world, more connected to yourself, and able to enjoy what matters instead of bracing for what might go wrong.



Self esteem issues

Do you notice the mistakes more than the wins? Does confidence feel thin, even when you’re trying your hardest? Maybe that inner critic is loud: pushing, judging, never satisfied, and it’s getting in the way of actually liking who you are.

I can help you get curious about where that voice comes from, challenge the beliefs that keep you feeling “not enough,” and build a kinder, steadier internal dialogue. Over time, you’ll learn to acknowledge your strengths without shrinking, stand in your value, and move through life from a place of self-respect rather than self-attack.
