As a fully qualified, registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, I specialise in a compassionate and tailored approach to mental wellness for both young people and adults.

My practice is grounded in extensive training and a deep commitment to providing the most effective, evidence-based therapeutic techniques available. This dedication ensures that every session is focused on facilitating deep, meaningful change tailored to your individual needs.

At the core of my practice is the use of a combination of Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychotherapy, and Life Coaching. This multifaceted approach allows me to work in a Solution Focused way, emphasising the present and the future rather than dwelling on the past. This means that you do not need to unpick the past or revisit trauma to move forward, making the therapeutic process less about reliving pain and more about building a brighter future.

I offer every client a free initial consultation appointment, where you can come and meet me, we can have a chat and you can decide if I am the right therapist for you before committing to any paid sessions.

My approach involves solution-focused strategies to understand and reshape the way you respond to anxiety triggers, coupled with hypnotherapy to promote deep relaxation and subconscious change. I help you to develop coping mechanisms and employ relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body, aiming to reduce the frequency and intensity of panic attacks and anxiety.

Depression: When treating depression, the focus is on fostering a sense of hope and building a more positive outlook on life. Solution-focused hypnotherapy helps identify goals and potential achievements, envisioning a future where these are realised. Through hypnotherapy, we address the subconscious beliefs contributing to depression, working to change negative thought patterns and enhance motivation, all within a supportive and understanding environment.

OCD and Intrusive Thoughts: For OCD and intrusive thoughts, the goal is to interrupt the cycle of repetitive behaviors and distressing thoughts. By using hypnotherapy, I guide you to understand and alter the subconscious mechanisms fueling these conditions. While approximately six sessions are generally the framework, the actual number may vary based on individual needs and progress. Fees

I make no guarantees of the number of sessions you will need, as hypnotherapy is a very individual experience. However, my aim is for you to get better as quickly as possible.

You can pay as you go and each session is £90 for an hour, alternatively, you can make a saving by booking a block of 6 sessions at £450, making each session £75.

My Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy Programme is £250, including a free top up session valid for 1 year after the first session.

All clients must have completed a free initial consultation appointment, prior to booking any hypnotherapy sessions.
