Introduction
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. I provide a compassionate, supportive space for individuals and couples to explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and better understand themselves. My practise welcomes people of all sexualities, neurodivergent experiences, all relationship styles and I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where every client feels respected. Together we work at your pace to develop insight and support meaningful change.
I work with couples and individuals online and in person in Peterborough in my own therapy room. I can offer help for individuals with relationship difficulties (with a partner, family or friends), the loss of a loved one, need to improve self-esteem/confidence or for personal growth to name a few. For couples, I can offer help whether your relationship is in crisis after an affair, you want to learn a better way of communicating or wish to deepen a stronger connection.

Online therapy
I usually work with zoom and will send you a link a few days before the session. If you prefer another medium, please let me know, as I can be flexible. This means I can work with clients nationallly and internationally.Qualifications and registrations
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and have a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practise.I am also a qualified clinical supervisior and a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist.
I have worked for organisations within the financial sector, worked for charities supporting mental health and also in my own private practise.
