🌸 What to Expect / How Sessions Work
My approach blends CBT tools with Hypnotherapy, working with both your conscious and subconscious mind, your thoughts, habits and automatic reactions. You’ll learn practical strategies you can use in everyday life, alongside tailored sessions where you rehearse new responses and begin to experience what calmness, peace of mind, and confidence really feel like.
Everything we do is at your pace, step by step, always building towards lasting change. Along the way you’ll develop relaxation skills and breathing techniques to calm your nervous system and learn how to notice unhelpful thoughts for what they are — thoughts, not facts.

Will I lose control in hypnosis?
Quite simply no. Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state of attention. You remain aware and in control, we only work with what feels right for you.
What if I’ve tried other therapies before?
That’s okay, we’ll build on what’s been helpful. I have a unique toolkit that differs from 'talking' therapies. I look at the whole picture incorporating your mind and your body. Because CBH is evidence-based, practical and structured I am giving you tools that last for life.

Online therapy
I mainly work in person as I find many women value the comfort of being face-to-face, away from daily distractions, with a safe space just for them. However, I also offer online sessions via Google Meet for those who prefer the convenience of working from home, or when travel isn’t practical. Both options are effective it’s simply about what feels right and manageable for you.
Booking & Payment:
Sessions are confirmed once payment is made by bank transfer at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Anxiety can show up in so many ways a palpitations, a knot in your stomach, constant “what if” thoughts, or a sense that you can’t ever switch off. It can feel like you’re always on alert, waiting for something bad to happen. Free 20-minute Intro Call
A chance to talk through what’s been going on for you, ask questions, and see if therapy feels like the right fit. -
First Session (75 mins) – £60
This is an assessment session where we go through health questionnaires, explore your history, and set clear therapy goals together. You’ll also get an introduction to hypnotherapy, but no treatment is carried out at this stage it’s about understanding your needs and agreeing the best plan forward. -
Follow-up Sessions (75 mins) – £75
These are your therapy sessions where we put the plan into action, using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy techniques tailored to you. -
Phobia Package (7 x 1hr sessions) – £495
A structured programme designed to help you overcome a specific fear step by step. This includes assessment, treatment, and between-session support, giving you a clear path to feeling more confident and in control.
