The mind can be a scary place and most of us cope by "putting it out of our minds", whether that is through work, shopping, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, all can be a form of temporary coping mechanisms. The trouble is the problems don't go away, they percolate through our bodies creating physical problems as well as emotional.
I totally believe the answers to your challenges lie within you and I am passionate about helping you to achieve what you are looking for. That may be to grow and develop a part of your personality, it may be to overcome an extremely hard current or past time in your life or it may be that you feel lost or stuck and are unable to see where to go next.
My approach is to create an environment for you to say what you want and know you won't be judged, nor will you be told what you "should" do, instead I will help you to explore the issues and patterns you have learnt which may no longer work for you. I will help you to realise that you can gradually change the way you feel and think about things.

Fees
My individual daytime fee is £60 for a one hour session.
Evening face to face sessions are £65
Couples £85 for an initial one hour session and then £130 for 1.5 hour sessions thereafter (usually bi-weekly)
My fee for working with Throuples is £125 for an initial 1.5 hours and then £185 per 2 hour sessions thereafter.
Clinical Supervision
1 hour supervision sessions are £75
BACP requirement 1.5 hours is £95
Payment is required at the end of each session by cash or card.
