Fiona | Integrative Counsellor

Integrative counselling Hillingdon London

My Approach is Built on Empathy and Understanding

I believe every person is unique, and that’s why I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining person-centred empathy with psychodynamic insights. My person-centred modality means that I will listen to you without judgement, and support you in exploring your own strengths and resilience, while also allowing us to explore not only your current challenges, but the underlying patterns and unconscious dynamics that may be influencing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

I can also work with you to develop a personalised plan that addresses your specific needs and goals, helping you understand and work with your unconscious motivations and desires.

Let's Work Together to:

- Process and Heal from Trauma: I'll provide a safe space for you to explore your past experiences and work through the impact of trauma on your life, supporting you to develop coping strategies and reframe your narrative.

- Navigate Relationship Challenges: We'll work together to identify patterns and develop strategies for improving communication and building stronger relationships, exploring how past experiences may be shaping your current relationships.

- Empower You to Reach Your Goals: I will support you in developing the skills and confidence you need to achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life.

What You Can Expect from Our Sessions

- A Safe and Supportive Space: I will create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings.

- Active Listening and Empathy: I'll listen to you with compassion and understanding, and work with you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

- Collaborative Approach: We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan that works for you.

If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I'm here to support you.

Let's work together to create a more fulfilling life, exploring the complexities of your inner world and developing a deeper understanding of yourself.
