Hello my name is Zi, I've been working as a Therapist for the past 7 years. I provide online counselling and in person therapy for individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, anger, depression low mood and relationship issues.

Do you feel that your aren't listened too, valued or understood? Would you like a space to talk through your emotions? I can listen to you as we explore your thoughts and feelings.Together, we can find new ways to understand and make sense of whatever it is you're experiencing.

I encourage positive self talk and tapping into your emotional intelligence. I work both online and in person with people experiencing anxiety, anger, depression and low moods to build a stronger relationship with others and yourself.

In my practice I blend a person centred and psychotherapy model to help you identify different patterns that may be affecting your every day life and relationships. By giving you a space to offload I want to help to support you through your difficult experiences. I can help individuals find ways to manage their feelings that are weighing them down and frustrating areas of your life and your relationships. Online therapy

My online therapy is no different to my in person practice. It will last 50 - 60 mins via Zoom. The link will be shared with you 3 hours prior to the meeting starting.

We are very grateful

We met Zi in a very difficult time. How son was not in a happy place. He was struggling and didn't want to talk, and difficult to express his feelings and trust people. We had other therapists but after a while we had to stop because it wasn't working. When my son met Zi he connect immediately with her. He said to me that she is trustworthy, kind, listen and pays attention.

She was a life changing for him. He would never be alone with someone other than me but he stayed with Zi Bishop for the entire session. We are very grateful for the support and kindness towards the entire family. I recommended her for other people and will keep recommending.
