Are you looking for couples therapy?
I offer counselling for couples and work online on Zoom which clients find convenient. It also allows those who live in different locations from each other to benefit too.
Whether you think that the relationship could do with some improving or whether you are facing serious difficulties, couple counselling gives you the time and safe space to explore the relationship and ways to heal it. I help you talk to each other in a safe and respectful way, to express your needs and desires, to listen to one another without interrupting, and work through your frustrations, disappointments, and wounds. We reduce the negative and increase the positive. All this gives you more clarity and a new perspective, deepens your connection and ultimately allows you to experience new joy with one another.
Couples counselling is not only for those who threaten divorce or experience infidelity. An early intervention in a relationship can save years of pain later on. A quick or early response to disconnection, struggles and arguments can easily restore connection and intimacy. But for those couples who have decided to separate, I can help with the transition. There are deep emotions involved and practicalities to navigate.

Online therapy
I work on Zoom with clients all over the UK and world. They like the comfortability and privacy of having therapy in their own home and the convenience of not having to travel anywhere for it. It also allows couples who live in different locations or even countries from each other to have therapy. It works very well.Qualifications and registrations
I am a couples therapist trained by the Deborah Winterbourne Couples Counselling Training as well as an Imago Relationship Therapist trained by Imago International. I did my counselling training with the London School of Counselling and am a member of Imago UK. I am also a certified professional coach, CPCP, trained by Full Circle Development and accredited by ICF - and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.I offer therapy in
