I offer both short- and long-term counselling sessions, available in-person, online via Zoom, or over the telephone.
In-person sessions for individuals: £85 for 50 minutes. (Wednesday, Thursday)
In-person sessions for couples: £120 for 50 minutes (Wednesday, Thursday)
Online/telephone sessions for individuals: £75 per 50-minute session. (Monday, Tuesday)
I also offer discounted bundles – choose the one that suits you best.
To help you get a feel for working together, I offer a free 30-minute online consultation. This is a relaxed converstation where you can share what's on your mind and ask questions, and see whether my therapeutic style is the right fit for you.
