Many of my clients come to me navigating work stress, burnout, relationship pressures, or a quiet sense of overwhelm. You might be functioning on the outside while feeling exhausted or disconnected on the inside. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface so you can regain clarity, steadiness, and a stronger sense of yourself.

My approach is integrative and trauma‑informed, blending emotional regulation, inner‑child work, and relational depth. We move at your pace, gently and collaboratively, focusing on what feels most important to you. I pay close attention to the patterns, pressures, and expectations that may be shaping your experience, especially for those in high‑pressure or high‑achieving roles.

Therapy with me is a space to feel understood, supported, and able to breathe again. Over time, clients often describe feeling more grounded, more confident, and better able to navigate both work and life with ease.

Online therapy

I offer online therapy for individuals who need a confidential space to pause, reflect, and begin again. Whether you're facing burnout or simply feeling lost under pressure, therapy with me is gentle, attuned, and tailored to your pace. You don’t need to have the “right words”, just a willingness to begin.

I specialize in working with individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and those experiencing emotional overwhelm, grief, or relational rupture. My approach honors your pace and agency, weaving together mindfulness, gentle accountability, and nuanced reflection. Sessions may include creative tools, body-based techniques, or inner child work, depending on your needs.

Online therapy offers flexibility and privacy, allowing you to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable. I work via secure video platforms and tailor each session to meet you where you are emotionally, culturally, and practically.

Qualifications and registrations

I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Integrative Counselling, with a strong foundation in relational, humanistic, and trauma-informed approaches.

My ongoing CPD reflects a deep commitment to ethical, inclusive, and emotionally attuned practice. Recent and current areas of focus include:
Trauma and dissociation, with attention to somatic and creative interventions
Grief and loss, particularly the intersection of trauma and mourning
ADHD-informed therapy
Inner-child healing and self-compassion practices

I regularly attend workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to refine my skills and stay responsive to the evolving needs of my clients.

5.  Grief, Loss, and Trauma
I offer attuned support for those grieving sudden loss, complex bereavement, or past trauma, using somatic techniques and creative interventions to gently release what’s held in the body.

Fees

I offer both short- and long-term counselling sessions, available in-person, online via Zoom, or over the telephone.

In-person sessions for individuals: £100 for 50 minutes.

Online/telephone sessions for individuals: £85 per 50-minute session.

In-person consultation is £50 for 30 minutes.
