I offer online counselling for individuals who need a confidential space to pause, reflect, and begin again. Whether you're facing burnout, workplace bullying, or simply feeling lost under pressure, therapy with me is gentle, attuned, and tailored to your pace. You don’t need to have the “right words”—just a willingness to begin.

I specialize in working with individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and those experiencing emotional overwhelm, grief, or relational rupture, including the aftermath of affairs. My approach honors your pace and agency, weaving together mindfulness, gentle accountability, and nuanced reflection. Sessions may include creative tools, body-based techniques, or inner-child work, depending on your needs.

Online therapy offers flexibility and privacy, allowing you to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable. I work via secure video platforms and tailor each session to meet you where you are emotionally, culturally, and practically.

Qualifications and registrations

I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Integrative Counselling, with a strong foundation in relational, humanistic, and trauma-informed approaches.

My ongoing CPD reflects a deep commitment to ethical, inclusive, and emotionally attuned practice. Recent and current areas of focus include:
Trauma and dissociation, with attention to somatic and creative interventions
Grief and loss, particularly the intersection of trauma and mourning
ADHD-informed therapy
Inner-child healing and self-compassion practices

I regularly attend workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to refine my skills and stay responsive to the evolving needs of my clients.

5.  Grief, Loss, and Trauma
I offer attuned support for those grieving sudden loss, complex bereavement, or past trauma, using somatic techniques and creative interventions to gently release what’s held in the body.

Fees

I offer both short- and long-term counselling sessions, available in-person, online via Zoom, or over the telephone.

In-person sessions for individuals: £85 for 50 minutes. (Wednesday, Thursday)

In-person sessions for couples: £120 for 50 minutes  (Wednesday, Thursday)
Online/telephone sessions for individuals: £75 per 50-minute session. (Monday, Tuesday)

I also offer discounted bundles – choose the one that suits you best.

To help you get a feel for working together, I offer a free 30-minute online consultation. This is a relaxed converstation where you can share what's on your mind and ask questions, and see whether my therapeutic style is the right fit for you.
