I work with adults aged 30 and over who are living with ADHD. You might be newly diagnosed, waiting for an assessment, or wondering if ADHD plays a part in your life. Together we can:

I can’t diagnose ADHD or prescribe medication, but I can guide and support you with care as you move through the assessment process.
I also support people through grief and loss, especially when it feels complicated or ongoing. You may have faced several losses close together, or find that grief still feels heavy even after time has passed. As an integrative therapist, I adapt my approach to suit your needs. My foundations are person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behaviour therapy, with elements of compassion-focused, existential, and gestalt therapy when helpful.
What matters most is that you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make the changes that feel right for you.
My therapy office is located in Barkingside, Ilford, Essex where I warmly welcome clients from across North East London, including Ilford, Hainault, Chigwell, Wanstead, Romford, Woodford, Loughton, Leyton, and nearby areas.
Online therapy
I also offer online video sessions, making therapy accessible wherever you are in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.We’ll meet through a secure, encrypted platform via my case management system, WriteUpp. Once we’ve scheduled your session, you’ll receive a link by email or text — no downloads or accounts needed. Just click the link a few minutes before your session, and I’ll be there to welcome you into your virtual therapy space.
Qualifications and registrations
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I hold a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, alongside specialist training in bereavement counselling and online/telephone therapy. My work with ADHD is informed by extensive training through UKAAN and PESI in assessment, diagnosis, pharmacology, and psychosocial skills.
I’m registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and committed to ongoing professional development — continually expanding my knowledge to better support you.

Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, especially if you're newly diagnosed or considering an assessment. I offer a supportive space to help you understand your symptoms and explore ways to manage them. While I don’t assess or prescribe, I can guide you through the emotional side of the process. If you're seeking a diagnosis, please speak with your GP to arrange a referral.
Bereavement
Loss — whether of a loved one, a child, a pregnancy, or a cherished pet — can shake your world. If you're struggling to cope, bereavement counselling offers a gentle space to process your grief and begin healing in a way that feels meaningful to you.
Grief & Loss
Grief isn’t limited to death. It can follow the loss of a relationship, a job, a friendship, or a way of life. These experiences can leave you feeling disoriented and alone. Counselling gives you time and space to mourn, reflect, and find your way forward.

Depression
Depression can stem from loss, low self-esteem, or other life challenges. Whether it’s short-term or something more enduring, counselling offers a safe space to work through difficult thoughts and feelings. If you live with a long-term mental health condition, please speak with your doctor before starting therapy to ensure it’s the right time for you.

Fees
Each session is 50 minutes and is typically held weekly. The fee is £70 per session, payable in advance by bank transfer to confirm your booking. Block bookings are available, and I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 48 hours notice and the session fee is non-refundable.
I’m a recognised provider with AXA, Aviva, Bupa, Vitality, and WPA. If you're using insurance, please ensure your sessions are pre-authorised under your policy.
