Psychotherapy and Counselling Bloomsbury - London
Thank you for visiting my profile.
If you’re reading this, you may be carrying more than feels manageable on your own. You might be feeling anxious or stuck. You might feel disconnected from the world or from the person you want to be. Maybe life even feels like a performance. Sometimes these struggles have clear names like low mood, stress, or self-doubt; other times they’re harder to put into words. Whatever it is, you don’t have to face it alone — together we can begin to make sense of what you’re going through.
How I Work
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in the arts. That world gave me an eye for nuance, an ear for what isn’t said, and a respect for the many layers of human experience. In therapy, these qualities help me listen closely, notice subtleties and connections, and be attuned to whatever you’re carrying and feeling — even when it’s hard to express.
I offer calmness, care and compassion so you can explore your thoughts and experiences safely and without judgement. Sessions are shaped around you: sometimes focusing on what’s happening now, other times gently connecting the past to the present. My aim is to help you find clarity, confidence, and a kinder relationship with yourself.
The Possibility of Change
Our time together will be about understanding you more deeply, giving meaning and perspective to what you’ve been through, and finding ways forward that feel empowering and freeing. However things are for you right now, new ways of living and relating are possible — and you don’t have to go through it on your own.
If you’d like to know more or arrange a consultation/first session, please do get in touch.

Online therapy
I have a lot of experience of working with clients online. I use Google Meet or Zoom. It is important to have a quiet space where you won't be interupted or overheard and you can have time to be you. I will send you a link before our meeting and be ready to greet you just before the allotted time.Qualifications and registrations
