My Counselling Practice

There are many reasons why people see me. Sometimes it’s general, you just feel life is kicking you in the teeth or you have no one who ‘gets you’ or who will really listen to you. There may be a specific reason, for example a loss - perhaps a family member or close friend, a trauma or relationship issue. Perhaps you may have low self-esteem or suffer with anxiety and depression. If you are struggling to cope, there is no need to do so alone, let me help.

My aim is to listen and understand how you see yourself, rather than tell you how you should feel. With warmth and compassion, I can help you identify where difficult feelings come from and explore with you, your issues and concerns. In working together to overcome them, you can then move forward in a way that is right for you.

I hold a Foundation Degree and BACP accredited Diploma in Counselling and am a fully registered member of the BACP. I am also DBS-checked and fully insured.

My practice is in a quiet, private and comfortable room. It is near Barnet town centre and parking is available.
