Integrative therapy London

Hi, and a very warm welcome

Life can feel really tough at times, can’t it? When everything feels overwhelming, it’s easy to get stuck in your own head and feel as though you’re facing it all alone. But you don’t have to — I’m here to help you find your way forward.

As an integrative counsellor, I believe there’s no single “right way” that works for everyone. You are unique, and so is your story. Together, we’ll explore which therapeutic approaches feel most supportive for you. My aim is to create a safe, calm space where you can slow down, catch your breath, and feel truly heard without judgment.

Sometimes that means simply listening. Other times it’s about gently exploring how past experiences show up in the present. However we work, you’ll be met with kindness and patience.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck — perhaps in patterns that affect their confidence, relationships, or sense of self. Others seek support after trauma, early challenges, or when struggling with boundaries, people-pleasing, or questions of identity. Whatever has brought you here, I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity, supporting you as you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

And with over 20 years’ experience in adoption and neurodiversity, I understand how struggles can be multilayered — sometimes rooted in early loss, autism, ADHD, or other experiences that can be difficult to untangle. What may look like distress is often a deeper need waiting to be understood.

Thank you for reading my profile. If you feel ready to take the first step, I would love to hear from you.

Specialisations and Expertises

Many clients come to me with anxiety, trauma, low mood, or people-pleasing, which often links back to early attachment experiences.

I am especially interested in how people relate to each other, and I often share ideas from Transactional Analysis to help them notice which communication patterns work well for them and which is causing them problems.

Therapy length varies: some people find a single session gives them the space to offload, while others benefit from ongoing work. I also offer focused therapy of 6 or 12 sessions, agreed together to suit your needs.

I offer a safe space where neurodivergent clients feel understood and supported.

Most common issues I support people with:

I support people through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. Many of the clients I work with come to me experiencing anxiety, depression, the impact of trauma or abuse, difficulties in their relationships, or struggles with communication. Others are navigating infertility, adoption, loss, early life attachment wounds, or the pain of family breakdown.

I work with clients whose early life experiences have made relationships in adulthood feel challenging. Often, we adapt different ways of relating to others — sometimes in ways that leave us frustrated, people-pleasing, or struggling to set boundaries.   Working collaboratively, we can gently explore what might be driving these patterns, often rooted in past experiences or trauma, whether known or hidden supporting them to grow lasting confidence and change.

Additionally, I have several neurodiverse clients. Having personal experience of the social challenges this can bring, I find it helps me connect with people on a deeper level and create a space where they feel truly at ease.

By growing self-awareness and self-compassion, it becomes possible to release shame, feel more confident, and move toward relationships — and a life — that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
