I am an integrative counsellor and coach, working with adults and young people in East Oxford or online. I meet you where you are on your journey, from beginning to speak your truth, to rebalancing your conflicts, to making and sustaining important changes. My specialities include but are not limited to: culture shock, chronic pain, cultivating your creativity, LGBT issues, including non-traditional relationship styles.

I am a caring and compassionate counsellor offering therapeutic counselling for a range of concerns. I will offer you the time and space that you need to work through your issues. Life can often be uncertain and sometimes we need some help and support through these times. I will listen to you and try to help you find the solutions to make the changes you want in your life. I hold a professional membership with BACP and work to their Ethical Framework to give you the best level of counselling I can.

All my work is done online through Google Meet.I find working online offers greater flexibility and with the current cost of living crisis it allows for less travelling and clients can access counselling with ease.
