Hello, I'm Natasha.I'm an experienced Counsellor working face-to-face and online with adults and couples in Oxfordshire.
Are you feeling anxious? Confused about where you're at in life or what's next? Want to be more open and engaged in relationships? My aim is to help you get to know yourself better and move you towards where you'd like to be.
Managing life's difficulties can be challenging. Knowing where to start or trying to understand why we repeat the same patterns can be frustrating.
