Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, work-related stress or relationship issues?  Talking with a therapist can be helpful, and offer new insights. I particularly specialise in working with LGBT+ clients, and clients in high-stress jobs. 

I offer short-term and open-ended counselling and psychotherapy, in a nice consulting room, not far from the City, near Farringdon station, and I also work online.  

I offer a confidential and compassionate therapeutic approach tailored to your unique needs. You might want to explore past experiences and how they are impacting you at present, or discuss something that’s going on for you right now, and are looking to talk to a professional with whom you can feel heard and understood.

I work psychodynamically, which means that I can try to help you think about what might be unconsciously influencing your actions or thoughts, including things that come from earlier in life, or traumatic experiences.  

I work in a non-judgemental way, so there is nothing you can’t raise. I value diversity, and I'm happy working with people of any gender, any race or ethnicity, any religion or none, sexual preference, in any type of relationship or none, and with or without disability.

I hold a Master's degree in psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy, and full accreditation from the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP(Accred). I also work with insurers, such as Aviva, Axa Health, WPA, Exeter and Saga - please let me know if you want to use insurance.
