Hello, I am an experienced and fully qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Caterham, Surrey. I work with adults and offer short term or open-ended, in person or online sessions.

I’m a Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychotherapist, trained at the Tavistock. I offer a safe, supportive space for children, teenagers, and families to explore feelings and challenges such as anxiety, low mood, family changes, autism, ADHD, or school stress. Using talking and play-based therapy, I help young people build confidence and resilience, while working with parents to strengthen family relationships and support lasting change.
Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, work-related stress or relationship issues? Talking with a therapist can be helpful, and offer new insights. I particularly specialise in working with LGBT+ clients, and clients in high-stress jobs.
I offer short-term and open-ended counselling and psychotherapy, in a nice consulting room, not far from the City, near Farringdon station, and I also work online.
