I am a fully qualified and registered counsellor and have been in private practice since 2016.
In our weekly sessions I will offer you a safe, empathic, confidential and non-judgemental space where you will be heard, supported, and allowed to express yourself at your own pace and in your own unique way.
Sessions are on a regular basis and I will help you by using a mix of therapies including Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, existentialism, and CBT, depending on what I feel will work best for you and what you are bringing to therapy.
I work with clients to help them overcome any pain or emotional difficulties, with a view to encouraging their empowerment, and self-development. My goal is to help clients be the best they can be, through learning new skills and to cope with life's challenges; to get them to a position they can make any changes they wish.
I offer both short term and long term counselling to individuals 18+, depending on your needs.
I welcome clients to my practice in Islington and in East Dulwich.
Online therapy
I normally use Whereby for the video call; it works directly from an internet browser on a laptop or desktop; you wouldn’t need to set an account up. At the appointment time, you simply follow the link below, then “knock” to be allowed in. The room is then locked and the call is encrypted to the latest standards.
If you wish to use a tablet or phone, then it might be better to download their app in advance.
I also have accounts with Google Meet, Skype and JitSi.

I regularly attend CPD training and some of my recent courses include Autism and ADHD in adults, neurodivergence, narcissism, Borderline Personality Disorder.
