I support clients in gaining awareness and understanding of themselves. You'll be heard and supported in exploring emotions, patterns, and past experiences. Through mindfulness, breathwork, active imagination, and somatic tools, we'll regulate the nervous system. Expect more self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper mind-body connection for a more fulfilling and balanced life.

 

In today’s fast-paced world, we navigate complex pressures shaped by culture, family, and personal history. As a registered Integrative Counsellor with over a decade of experience, I offer a calm, warm, and collaborative space grounded in mindfulness, visualization, breathwork, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care.

Together, we create a space for deep listening and compassionate exploration—supporting emotional healing and helping you release old conditioning and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. My aim is to help you reconnect with your inner resilience, deepen self-awareness, and restore harmony between mind and body so you can move through life with greater ease and vitality.

My journey began with Art Therapy, igniting a passion for emotional healing and personal growth. Since then, I’ve broadened my approach to include compassion-focused work and nervous system regulation techniques that promote lasting change.

I believe in our ability to respond rather than react, honoring the deep connection between thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being. I’m here to walk alongside you through life’s challenges—whether in relationships, work, or within yourself—offering a space for compassionate inquiry and transformation.


With a decade of meditation practice and a love for philosophy and ancient wisdom, I bring grounded presence and thoughtful insight to our work together. My focus is supporting your unique path toward healing, resilience, and authentic living.

Online therapy

Therapy via video call can be highly effective when you have a reliable internet connection and a private, quiet space. With those basics in place, we can establish a strong connection and make meaningful progress together. 

I use Google Meet and will send you the link before each session. Each session is 50 minutes long.

Specialisations and Expertises

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, lack of motivation and a deep sense of loss in life as many other issues. My therapeutic approach draws on Mindfulness Base Therapy  Compation Focused Therapy and trauma-informed care, which allows me to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs.


I provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and goals.

In terms of duration, many clients start noticing change within 6 to 10 sessions. It is very personal to each client. We’ll regularly review your progress to make sure therapy remains helpful and aligned with your needs.

Most common issues I support people with:

  • Recognising unhelpful patterns of behaviour.
  • Challenging a negative inner voice.
  • Increasing self awareness and self esteem.
  • Understanding how the past may be impacting current feelings and choices
  • Forgiveness to allow space and energy to create better choices and behaviours 

Fees

I'm available Monday to Friday between 9 AM to 2 PM. The sessions are 50 minutes long and £60 Bristish Pounds per session.
