Nadia | Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Hello, I'm Nadia and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the impact of workplace burnout, anxiety and stress. Following a 10+ year career as an HR Director, I have a deep understanding of the impact workplaces can have on our mental health, confidence and self esteem. If you are struggling within your work environment, going through a grievance, disciplinary, redundancy process or perhaps work is impacting other areas of your life, I offer a non-judgmental space for you to be heard.

I work collaboratively with my clients and together we can rediscover your sense of identity, autonomy, self esteem and wellbeing, enabling you to determine the course of your life moving forward. Our work may include helping you explore and make sense of both current and past thoughts, feelings, behaviours and experiences.

Alongside private practice I work for a charity as a counsellor supporting young persons that have been the victims of bullying and crime, working with those aged 16 +.  If one of your dependants needs support, you are welcome to email me and we can schedule a call to discuss.

I understand the process of finding a therapist can be overwhelming in itself and you are therefore welcome to meet me in person or over video, for a free, no obligation, 20 minute session in which you can ask any questions you may have about therapy or how I work.
