Kay | BACP Person Centred Counsellor
Introduction
Hi, I am a warm, down to earth person centred counsellor, offering a safe, supportive space in my tranquil garden room - If life feels heavy, confusing or just too much we can explore your thoughts and feelings and work through whatever your facing together.
I am a qualified Person Centred counsellor, who is passionate about people, it would be my privilege to support you through your personal journey, helping you to build resilience and improving your mental health and wellbeing.
As a person-centred counsellor I always put you, my client at the centre of our sessions. I am here to listen without judgment, I feel humbled to help you explore, experiences, thoughts, emotions, and fears, and look forward to being able to help you find the tools to move forward and create positive change in your life.
I relate personally to many ADHD traits and challenges, which gives me a deeper understanding of how they can effect focus, emotions and self-esteem. I feel that it’s not a one size fits all, I offer counselling in various ways, I support movement in the counselling room, telephone or video sessions, if this works for you.
I have significant experience of working with clients suffering from bereavement, grief and loss.
I have a garden room in a rural setting, where I can see clients face to face in a calm peaceful setting.
