Are you looking for a counsellor who can provide an empathic, neuro-affirming, confidential space? If so, please get in touch. I offer a free 20minute initial phone consultation to discuss your requirements.
Anxiety, bereavement, interracial relationships, trauma, shame, abandonment, childhood sexual abuse, stress, grief, infant loss, and self-worth are some of the issues I have experience with. I can offer counselling to YP (13+) and adults online or in person from a dedicated therapy room in Odiham or in Fleet.
My approach to counselling is of compassion, empathy, and acceptance by providing you with a safe, non-judgmental space that allows you to be heard. I strongly believe that you are the expert in your life; with my warm calm nature I support you to navigate through your thoughts in a gentle challenging way.
My values of respect, integrity, and trustworthiness are reflected in my humanistic philosophy. I strive to create an empowering and supportive therapeutic environment, helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.

Online therapy is very similar to face toface therapy which proivdes clients the flexibilty of saving time while attending sessions in the comfort of your home. I offer online therapy via platform called Doxy.I understand that making that contact can be a daunting experience, therefore I offer a free 20 minute introductory telephone call to discuss your needs and to answer questions.

Fees
After our initial 20min consultation, if we feel we are a good fit, we can agree on a time for sessions and consider the terms of our agreement to work together. Sessions thereafter are 50 minutes long charged at £60/-.Availability (Opening hours)
