I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and registered member of the BACP based in Rainford, Merseyside offering individual adults local face to face counselling and online counselling to anyone over 18 throughout the UK.

I’m a friendly and approachable counsellor, and I’ll provide a comfortable and welcoming space for you. No inner struggle is insignificant, every one is unique and we all deserve the space to feel heard in a respectful and non judgemental environment.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and CBT Therapist, and am a registered member with the BACP.
I offer counselling with a humanistic approach to therapy and like to work with the whole person and can integrate CBT(Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and other interventions in the sessions if I think it will be beneficial to you. I also offer Mindfulness. I also work with trauma, past or present.

It's a powerful thing to say, "I can't do his anymore, I need help" and to reach out for that support. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, needing to be seen and heard, have your emotions validated then I can support you allowing you to work at your pace to explore, reflect, review, gain clarity and perspective on any issues that concern you. My name is Jane. I am a counsellor and life coach in the Liverpool, St Helens and Merseyside area. My counselling and holistic wellness practice is based in Rainhill Village, serving Liverpool, St Helens and the surrounding areas. It's within a minutes walk from the rail station which serves Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. It's served by a direct bus from Liverpool, Widnes and Runcorn. If you are driving, there is free on-site parking.

I also offer telephone and online counselling if preferred.

The therapy I work with is called person-centred therapy. It is client led which means we only talk about what you wish to bring to each session and we work together at your own pace. I am experienced in working with clients on a wide range of issues.
