Feeling down or stuck? Whether you have a specific problem and know what you want to work on, or are generally feeling down, talking things through can help. Counselling can be a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, an opportunity to discuss things you haven’t felt able to discuss before, or to gain a new perspective.

I’m a qualified Humanistic Counsellor, and my approach is based on the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing.  I offer a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges at your own pace. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you as we work through your difficulties.
