I am a fully qualified Counsellor and CBT Therapist, and am a registered member with the BACP.
I offer counselling with a humanistic approach to therapy and like to work with the whole person and can integrate CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and other interventions in the sessions if I think it will be beneficial to you. I also offer Mindfulness and I also work with trauma both past and present.
