More and more people are addressing their mental health needs which is a great start. There might be things that you and I can work on. Together, we can search for answers.
In a warm and safe space, we will look into your past, the present and the future. I will work with you at you own pace and be there alongside you when your emotions come up. My aim is to help you have the best relationship with yourself, heal from past experiences, and thrive in your life.
I use Transactional Analysis (TA) when I work with individuals. This model of psychotherapy helps you understand why you behave in certain way in your social interactions and how your past experiences impact your life here and now. This systematic psychotherapy can help you to make new decisions and can lead you towards personal growth and personal change.
