Hello, I'm Sue. I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor offering online and in person therapy to individuals and couples.

I work with individuals (over 18) and couples from all walks of life. As different approaches suit different people I often work creatively with interventions that compliment the work of talking therapy. Using Russian, dolls, exploring fairy stories, using sand tray (yes, even online!) and other ideas, can often help to reach 'stuck' places that may be missed by more traditional talking therapy.
