Introduction
Maybe you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside it feels like too much. Whatever it is, you don’t need to explain it perfectly — just need somewhere to start.
As a Person-Centred Therapist, people come to me feeling stuck or exhausted, or with specific struggles: depression, anxiety, or addiction. In a session, we'll work through things together at your own pace; no rush, no dismissal — just space to better understand yourself, or explore the root of things: childhood wounds, past relationships, or grief.
It’s not always the things that have happened in your life but also those things that haven’t. This might show up as not feeling good about yourself or about the connections in your life. There could also be things you want to reflect on and understand better.
How I Work
As a person-centred counsellor, I won’t push you to talk about things you’re not ready for, and there’s no set agenda in our sessions. This means that you have the freedom to bring whatever is sitting heaviest on your heart and mind. Each session is uniquely tailored to each client, meaning we're always focusing on you and your needs.
I’m here to walk alongside you as you rediscover your path to personal growth. In our sessions, strength is about allowing yourself to be vulnerable; your voice is valued, and your story will be met with warmth and compassion.
Finding the Right Therapist
I know finding the right therapist can be a daunting task. I offer free 20 minute consultations to help you to figure out who you can see yourself opening up to. I hope I am one of the therapists that you chose to reach out to and if so, I look forward to meeting. Good luck with your journey!
Therapy can be truly life-changing - I’ve seen it make a real difference for so many people, myself included.
Online therapy
I offer online sessions through Google Meet, providing a flexible and accessible way for you to receive support from the comfort of your own space, with sessions lasting for 50 minutes. There is no required number of sessions - we can take each week as it comes, however some clients prefer to block book 5 or 10 sessions to begin with. Whatever works best for you.
I also offer free 20 minute consultations, which gives us a chance to see how we could work together & for you to ask any questions that you may have.
