Culturally sensitive options ensure therapy respects the your background, values and lived experience, creating a safe, inclusive path to recovery.

Struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma or Other Mental Health Challenges?

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and it's not unusual to experience feelings of stress, confusion, or low mood. Anxiety disorders such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, as well as trauma-related conditions like PTSD, can make daily life difficult.
Therapy provides a supportive space to explore these emotions, challenge negative patterns and work towards building a more positive outlook. Together, we can work on strategies to help you feel more in control and improve your overall well-being.

About the Therapist

As an Accredited Integrative Therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This flexible approach allows therapy to be tailored to your individual needs, creating a personalised path to support your mental health journey. For those seeking a faith-sensitive approach, culturally aware options are available, integrating spiritual understanding with therapeutic support.

A Safe, Non-Judgemental Space for You

I understand that everyone's experiences and challenges are unique, which is why I offer a non-judgemental space where you can express your thoughts and feelings openly. Seeking support can be a significant step and I am here to help guide you through it, offering encouragement and practical tools to help you move forward at your own pace.

Flexible Therapy Options

Therapy is available both face-to-face and online, depending on your preferences and schedule. Both options are designed to fit your lifestyle, offering the support you need in a convenient format. Therapy can be a valuable resource in your journey toward improved mental health and well-being.
