Psychotherapy and Counselling Bexhill-on-Sea
Hi, I am a Pluralistic Psychotherapist and also a trained Hypnotherapist. I am based in Bexhill, but also welcome clients in Peasmarsh near Rye as well as online.
I work with clients on a wide range of areas but specialise in disorder eating. I welcome individuals and couples for therapy and I also offer group work and workshops.

I work online one to one and I do groupwork and couples therapy. I specialise in clients with eating disorder.
I use a lot of different techniques such as Creative Counselling, Visualisation, and EFT.
I also use food as medium, this helps to break down barriers with clients. I look at our relationship with food and our attachments to food.
I also help clients with a variety of other problems. I help clients to understand the underlying issue to their problems, so they can move forward, in a safe and understanding environment. Using a mixture of different techniques.
