Dee | Counsellor / Psychotherapist Online
Introduction
Warm, person-centred therapy for adults, teens, and couples — with specialist support for ADHD and neurodiversity.
Taking the step to find a counsellor can feel daunting, but it’s a powerful act of self-care and courage. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.
I'm a qualified psychotherapist offering a warm, calm, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions safely. My person-centred, integrative approach means that our sessions are shaped around you, your needs, goals, and pace. Together, we’ll work towards greater clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of self.
Therapy with me is collaborative. We’ll take time to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and find ways to move forward that feels right for you. It’s about supporting you to gain insight, self-compassion, and practical tools for change.
I work with adults, teenagers, and couples, and have additional training in supporting children and young people. My specialist area is ADHD and neurodiversity, helping clients develop self-understanding, confidence, and strategies that fit their individual strengths. I also work with anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, bereavement, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties.
Sessions are available online throughout the UK and internationally, offering flexibility and privacy wherever you are. My aim is to provide a supportive relationship where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
Finding the right counsellor is an important part of the process so I offer a free 15-minute consultation via Google Meet. This informal chat gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if working together feels right for you. If you would like to know more or book an appointment, please send me a message via the send a message - button. I look forward to hearing from you.
Online therapy
Online therapy offers you the same supportive, confidential space as in-person sessions, just from the comfort of your own home.
Sessions take place via a secure video platform (Google Meets), where you can talk openly about your thoughts and feelings in a calm, private setting. Whether you’re at home, work, or travelling, all you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
Online therapy can be particularly helpful if you have a busy schedule, mobility challenges, or prefer to connect from your own familiar environment. It provides flexibility and accessibility while maintaining the same depth of understanding and care as face-to-face sessions.
Before your first appointment, you’ll receive clear instructions and a link to join the session. Together, we’ll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you, building trust, and finding ways to support your wellbeing.
Your therapy experience is always centred on you, wherever you are.
